If you qualify for the Housing Register, you can express a preference (bid) for vacant social rented properties advertised through My Home Central, our choice-based lettings (CBL) system.
Available properties are advertised weekly from Thursday to Tuesday. The properties you are eligible to bid for will appear on the Bid on a property page in your My Home Central account.

Through our planning powers, we have agreed with Clifton Park Homes to offer a proportion of new park homes to people aged 55 and over who have a housing need in Central Bedfordshire.
