Holiday activities and food programme (HAF)

How we can help your family during school holidays

We have a new booking process in place for the HAF programme for Easter 2023!

We are partnering with evouchers.com (part of Wonde) and there will be a new booking process for HAF activities. You can no longer sign up for HAF activities on our website.

Instead schools will now assign a voucher to you, which you can use to book on to activities online. You will need to look out for an email or text message from HolidayActivities.com. There is more information about how to book in this step-by-step guide. There will be a seperate voucher issued for each child with a unique code that will need to be used to book activities.

We already work with evouchers.com to distribute supermarket vouchers to eligible families during the school holidays. If you receive these, you will receive your HAF vouchers to the email address or phone number you use for these vouchers.

You should receive your vouchers for the Easter holidays on 6 March 2023, and you will be able to book onto activities from then onwards. If you don’t receive your vouchers, or have any further questions or need further support, you can contact support@evouchers.com.

About our holiday activities and food programme

Our holiday activities and food (HAF) programme provides fun, free activities for children and young people aged five and upwards during the easter, summer and Christmas school holidays. The programme is for children eligible for benefit related free school meals, which is a requirement from the Department for Education which funds the programme.

There's always a range of activities on offer, including sports and games sessions, craft and creative activities and fun days out. Healthy snacks and lunch are also provided to all children and young people attending face-to-face activities.

Our sessions are inclusive, so are suitable for children with special education needs and disabilities (SEND).
