Flexible respite support offered to help reduce the risk of carer breakdown and for service users to continue living at home safely while carers are away (planned breaks).
Service users’ needs are met, their independence and wellbeing is promoted.
Zinnia works in partnership with service users, their families, and other health professionals.
Staff are experienced and trained in safeguarding, health and safety, person-centred care, dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health, equality and diversity.
Robust QA in place: carers complete notes after each visit, FCS and Managers conduct spot checks, supervisions, observations. Reviews/feedback from service users, carers and other professionals involved.
