Help us test your new Housing Portal
We’re getting ready to launch a new Housing Portal, designed to make managing your tenancy quicker, easier and more convenient.
Before it goes live, we want tenants to help us make sure we get it right.
We’re looking for tenants to try out the new portal and tell us what they think. You’ll be asked to complete a few simple tasks in the comfort of your own home to explore the portal and share your experience.
You can give your feedback in the way that suits you, including completing a short survey, joining an online discussion, or speaking to our project lead one-to-one.
Your feedback will help us understand what works well, what could be clearer or easier, and what we can improve before the portal launches.
