Help us make our services work better for everyone

We want to make sure that every tenant can access our services fairly and get the support they need to manage their home and tenancy.

Reasonable adjustments can mean different things for different people. They might include changes to your home, such as ramps, wider doors or other adaptations. They can also include changing the way we communicate with you or provide a service to better meet your individual needs.

We recognise that tenants may need additional support for many different reasons, whether temporarily or permanently. Our reasonable adjustments and aids and adaptations policies explain how we identify and record these needs and how we can adjust our services to provide the right support.

We’re inviting tenants to help us review these policies and make sure they are clear, easy to understand and tenant-friendly.

Your experiences and feedback can help us understand what works, what could be clearer and whether anything is missing.
