The Academy - Inspiring Futures - courses - Early intervention

Early intervention means identifying and providing effective early support to children and young people who are at risk of poor outcomes. Effective early intervention works to prevent problems occurring, or to tackle them head-on when they do, before problems get worse.

Early intervention can improve the quality of a child's home and family life, enabling them to perform better at school and support their mental health. Early intervention services can be delivered to parents, children or whole families, but the main focus is to improve outcomes for children.
