Reason for closure
This closure is required for the continued safe construction of phase 2 of the Houghton Conquest development.
Closure ends
The emergency closure is expected to take place from 3 to 24 September 2026 (both dates inclusive). A temporary closure order will follow from 24 September 2026 and the closure is expected to take place for up to 6 months.
