Definition of staff
Staff must have been employed by the school for at least 2 years and work at the school in one of the following roles:
- full-time teaching staff
- full-time support staff employed on a contract of 37 weeks or more
- part-time teaching staff employed on a contract of 0.5 or more
- part-time support staff who work more than 15 hours a week for 37 weeks or more
This definition does not include peripatetic staff.
