Overview

Heath Wood is 1 mile north of Leighton Buzzard on the west of Plantation Road. It is 8 hectares in size and is mixed broadleaved with some conifers. It forms a ring around residential development and the river Ouzel flows along the southern boundary.

The Leighton Buzzard Preservation Society takes a keen interest in its management. Greensand Trust rangers manage the site on our behalf.
