If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough during severe weather, call 0300 300 4370 during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 5:20pm, and Friday, 8:45am to 4:20pm). For urgent concerns outside these hours, call 0300 300 8098.

If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, call 999.
