From 18 December 2024 to 29 January 2025, we consulted on the proposed admissions arrangements for the academic year 2026-27. This set out proposals for Wrestlingworth CofE Infant School, Dunton CofE Junior School, Edward Peake CofE Secondary School, and Kingsmoor Lower School.
The Executive, at their meeting on 3 December 2024, resolved:
To authorise the Director of Children and Families, in consultation with the Executive Member for Children’s Services, to determine the Council’s admission policy for 2026/27 by 28 February 2025, as required by legislation.
The results of the consultation are on our website as part of the delegated decisions notice.
The majority of respondents to the consultation agreed with the proposed changes.
