We want your views to help shape what we do. We'll often ask you for your feedback about a service or ideas for improving or changing a service through an engagement survey. Our live engagement surveys are below.
When we hold drop-in or online events
Sometimes, to ensure wide participation in our surveys and consultations, particularly when the topic matter is complex, we offer ‘in-person drop-in’ events and online webinars so that residents and stakeholders can meet the team, find out more about the subject, ask questions, and seek clarification before completing and submitting their response.
Times, dates, and locations for these events are published with the survey/consultation. Bookings and email addresses are required (so we know who to send the link to) for the online events that are held on Microsoft Teams. You can drop into the in-person events at any time during the published times. We try to arrange the sessions at different times (daytime and evening) to suit people's availability. Direct Payments Survey
We're reviewing how Direct Payments are provided and supported in Central Bedfordshire, and your feedback will help us create a service that better meets the needs of people who rely on Direct Payments and those who support them.

Adult Social Care Survey
If you are receiving adult social care services you may receive a postal survey asking for your views and opinions. Please help us by completing and returning the survey in the paid envelope provided so we can develop better services to support you. This is a national survey run by us on behalf of Department of Health and Social Care.
