Documentation for parents of 3 and 4 year olds
For a parent to claim the free entitlement with a childcare provider they must complete a parent / carer declaration / provider agreement form for nursery education funding for 3-4 year olds, for each funding period.
You will use the information detailed on these forms to complete your NEF Provider Portal online submission, according to the dates set out in the head count and payments timetable.
