You need to tell us immediately if you are getting housing benefit or council tax support and your circumstances change. We need to know:

• What has changed
• The date your change happened

You can contact us by emailing customers@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk, calling 0300 300 8306, or download a form to help you report all the information we need.

We may ask you to confirm your change in writing, or provide proof of your new circumstances. We will contact you if we need extra information or proof. We can sometimes suspend your benefit, so that you do not continue to be paid too much whilst you wait for proof of your change.
