Libraries for the Future
The Libraries for the Future statutory public consultation ran from October 2011 to January 2012 and tested thinking on over-arching ambitions and directions for the service whilst giving residents (users and non-users) an opportunity to tell us what they wanted their local library to be like. 2,200 people responded to this formal consultation.
