Description: Following their successful production of Best Little Whorehouse in Texas in November, the Masqueraders are proud to present the outrageous hit sci-fi musical Little Shop of Horrors. An affectionate spoof of 1950s horror and science fiction movies, Little Shop was created by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken and based on a low budget cult 1960 black comedy film directed by Roger Corman. We follow the adventures of Seymour, a meek shop assistant from a skid row flower shop, as he becomes an overnight sensation after discovering an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood. As he tries to keep the ever-growing plant content, our hero exasperates his boss, meets a sweet girl, and encounters a deranged dentist. Will any of them survive? Come along and find out!

Description: L.B.D.G. proudly present Oscar Wilde’s timelessly humorous and most famous play. Of it he wrote: “It is exquisitely trivial, a delicate bubble of fancy, and it has its philosophy ...that we should treat all the trivial things of life seriously, and all the serious things of life with sincere and studied triviality.” A great night awaits from one of the foremost theatre groups in town!
