**VAT Changes**
From 1st January 2010 the VAT man cometh and will restore the extra 2.5% to VAT on ticket prices. e.g. a £10 ticket will sell at £9.79 if paid for prior to this date. Where applicable, all LBT promotion and film ticket prices shown in this brochure include the new VAT rate. Any reductions in price will be advised on booking.
Why not avoid the extra charge by buying your tickets in advance… theatre tickets make great Christmas and birthday presents!

Call our Box Office on: 0300 300 8125. Tickets can be reserved or paid for by credit card. Tickets can be posted out at a charge of £0.50p or retained at the Box Office for collection.Online
At the moment we cannot take Online Bookings but requests for tickets can be made by the Box Office email. A Box Office Assistant will contact you to make your booking.In Person
The Box Office is open from 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1pm - 3pm, Monday-Saturday and 45 minutes prior to evening performances.Credit and Debit Cards
Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Switch and Delta are all accepted. A charge of £0.50p is made on all credit and debit card transactions.
Reservations
Are held for 3 working days or until 15 minutes before the start of the performance, whichever is sooner.Children
Under 8 years' old must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for children under the age of 3 providing they sit on an adult's lap.Current Film Prices
- Evenings: £6.00 (£4.90 concessions) (Front row £3.85)
- Matinees: £4.90 (£3.80 concessions) (Front row £3.55)
- Movies for the More Mature:£2.50 (members only)
Concessions
Apply to children under 16 years' old, senior citizens (over 60) registered unemployed, students in full time education, registered disabled people and their escorts.
Special booking conditions may apply on some community events.
Refunds
We are unable to issue a refund once your booking has been processed. However, valid tickets may be exchanged for tickets of the same or a higher value subject to availability. An administration fee of £1.00 per ticket applies.Special bookings
