Safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse
We are committed to providing the best and safest learning environment possible to ensure learners can succeed and staff can feel secure. Safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies as well as every citizen. We will work together to prevent and minimise abuse.

The learner journey
- Step 1 Assessment: After enrolment, you will be assessed to identify your learning strengths and assess your individual requirements.
- Step 2 Agreement: Your tutor will talk to you about what you would like to achieve and work with you to agree your specific learning objectives.
- Step 3 Development: Your progress will be assessed by you and your tutor, who will regularly feedback your developments to you.
- Step 4 Achievement: Whether you are working towards a recognised qualification or a personal learning aim, your achievement will be recorded at the end of the course.
- Step 5 Continuing Development: You may wish to progress onto another level or course. Your tutor and our team will be able to advise you on the best course for you.
