Central Bedfordshire Council adopted a Renewal Policy on 9th March 2010, which came into existence on 1st April 2010. This new renewal Policy contains the types of loans and grants that the Council can provide to help meet priority housing improvement issues in the private sector.

All types of assistance are discretionary and completely dependant on the available budget.
