Central Bedfordshire Council is pleased to present our first Local Account of Adult Social Care services . The Local Account is a review of what we have done during 2010/11 to improve the lives of  our residents ,  and  our goals and priorities  for the year ahead.
 
The Local Account tells you about our commitment to improve services and give customers more choice and control over the way they manage and receive support , and  it  shows  you the progress we have made with some of the challenges we face.  We  also  tell you what we have done when we have had to put things right.
