Core Strategy and Development Management Policies for North Area
The
Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (application/pdf; 3493kB) (DPD) is an over-arching policy document within the Local Development Framework (LDF) and was adopted by the Council on 19 November 2009.

The Core Strategy deals with the broad strategy for development in the North Area up to 2021, including the broad locations for proposed growth. The Development Management policies provide the policy framework against which decisions on planning applications will be made. The document also includes the Settlement Envelopes.
