Community centres
Adult Social Services has a number of day centres for people with disabilities and for elderly people.
These services are only available following an assessment of need. This is a discussion with you to find out how best to support you with the problems you are having. We will look at your needs and decide whether you are eligible for services including attending one of our day centres.
There is a financial assessment in line with government guidelines and a charge for meals and transport.
